The Black Horse Food Emporium is a family run business, from the owners of the Ye Olde Sausage Shop in Oswaldtwistle Mills

The Black Horse Food Emporium aims to offer a new delicatessen and coffee shop experience in the heart of Accrington. We sell the very best food and drink, with:

A fully stocked gourmet meat and sausage counter baskets of freshly made artisan bread

A deli counter laden with mouth-watering cakes, delicious cheese, olives, anti pasta and cooked meats.

A dry deli that has an amazing array of jams and chutneys, specialist olive oils and balsamic vinegar, pastas and sauces.

For those who have a little more time, have a seat in our coffee shop and enjoy a hot frothy coffee with a slice of home-made cake, or one of our gourmet sandwiches or platters.

We strive to ensure that all the products served in our coffee shop can be found on sale in our shop. So if you enjoy the Reedy’s Red Onion Marmalade served on our signature hot sticky sausage sandwich, why not treat yourself to a jar to try at home?

Tempted we hope so ….?

Call in and see us at 58 Abbey Street, Accrington, corner of Warner Street & Abbey Street.
